After reading Russian and French at Bristol University, I began my career in the corporate communications team at Reuters (now Thomson Reuters). In this role, I had the opportunity to support senior executives, run press events in London, Poland and India, and I was ideally situated to witness the largest ever media M&A deal “from the inside”.  It was these experiences that cemented my interest in communications, particularly those required in times of high media scrutiny. Following my time at Reuters, I spent eighteen months with the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) managing strategic communications between fund managers, their investors and other stakeholders, while expanding my knowledge of the alternative investments industry.

I joined Powerscourt in September 2010 because I was attracted to the firm’s professionalism, its emphasis on creative thinking and the roll-call of prominent clients who depend on Powerscourt’s expertise in reputation management.
