I studied History at Durham University before starting working life as a broadcast intern at Bloomberg, producing news bulletins and writing headlines. I moved into PR in 2002 and advised small cap companies across a broad range of industry sectors on their financial and corporate communications strategies and worked on numerous IPOs, M&A transactions and fund-raisings.

I joined Powerscourt in December 2006 following a six month career break travelling around South America. The break gave me the opportunity to really think about what I wanted to get out of PR. Creative thinking came high on the agenda, as did a collegiate, team-orientated approach and the opportunity to work closely with interesting clients. I have not been disappointed. The Powerscourt approach is involving and focused, and since joining I've had the opportunity to work with some of the highest profile companies in the UK's TMT sector.
