Powerscourt was retained as corporate PR adviser on the 2006 IPO of Aer Lingus, Ireland’s national airline. We subsequently acted as adviser on the airline’s successful defence against a hostile bid from Ryanair and provide ongoing corporate and financial calendar communications to the airline.
