David is Powerscourt’s head of Capital Markets, leads on Investor Relations and is one of the UK’s most experienced IR and Capital Markets practitioners. David is uniquely placed to help companies with their capital markets engagement having spent 15 years leading IR at a number of blue chip companies across multiple sectors including Telefonica UK (O2), Severn Trent and Dixons. Prior to that, David had an 18-year career in corporate broking, during which he advised across multiple sectors on IR, market-related activities, fund-raisings, mergers and IPOs. Marina leads Powerscourt’s investor relations team. She has spent nearly 20 years in IR and capital markets, in-house at a FTSE 250 company and in advisory to pre-IPO, newly listed and established public companies. She has advised on more than 35 transactions, with a combined value of £42 billion. Alison joined Powerscourt in 2016 following 16 years in investment banking. She is a member of the Capital Markets and Investor Relations Advisory practice with a specialism in real estate. She began her career at UBS before serving as Head of Real Estate Equity Research at Liberum, a role she went on to fill at Investec. She has a deep understanding of capital markets and issues impacting a company and was ranked number one real estate stock-picker in the Thomson Reuters (StarMine) Awards for the UK and Ireland in 2016, and number five in the Extel Survey by investor firstname.lastname@example.org
