Powerscourt shortlisted for two PRCA City and Financial Awards

On 20 January 2020 we were shortlisted for multiple PRCA City and Financial Awards for the second year running.

Our Housebuilding and Real Estate team is a finalist for Best M&A or Communications in Support of a Transaction Award with its work on Bovis Homes’ acquisition of the Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration divisions from Galliford Try, and renaming of the enlarged business as Vistry Group PLC.

In addition, Powerscourt also on the short list as a finalist for City Agency of the Year after a year of progress on all fronts: an active year in financial markets, continued sectoral excellence, further development of the integrated offer, and investment into our corporate purpose and brand.

Powerscourt has a track record of success at the awards. Last year we took home IPO of the Year for Yellow Cake plc, our second win in three years for IPOs after winning with Dong Energy in the 2017 awards, and we were shortlisted for a further two awards.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall on 20 February.
