Powerscourt offers a structured two-year programme to ambitious graduates who join at our entry Analyst level. This rewarding programme incorporates a wide range of formal and on-the-job training to ensure our young talent begin their careers on the right foot.

Powerscourt is launching its first Apprenticeships Programme. Applications are open to bright, ambitious young people who see a future career in the business world.
Starting in September 2023, our PR & Communications Apprentice will gain a Level 4 qualification, combining on-the-job learning and dedicated study time. Our Finance Apprentice will gain a Level 3 qualification and the skills needed to work in a busy Finance team.
