Launching Kazakhstan’s privatisation programme
Powerscourt advised Kazatomprom, the world’s largest producer of uranium for the nuclear power industry, on its successful IPO in November 2018. Kazatomprom raised $451 million, valuing the company at over $3 billion, in what was the first international Central Asia privatisation since 2006.

S4Capital is the digital advertising and marketing services company established by Sir Martin Sorrell in 2018. The $150 million merger with leading programmatic business MightyHive in December 2018 was S4Capital’s second acquisition. Powerscourt is the Company’s retained financial communications advisor.

We advised French telco investor NJJ on its €3.5 billion takeover of eir, Ireland’s former national telecoms company, in December 2017 and we continue to advise the company on all its communications. Our work includes financial results and debt investor relations, its relationship with government and regulators and ongoing communications surrounding a large investment programme in its fixed and mobile networks.
Communicating a game changer in UK banking
Our specialist banks team advises CYBG on all aspects of its financial and corporate communications. In 2018, we worked with the bank on its transformational £1.7 billion acquisition of Virgin Money creating the UK’s sixth largest bank with over six million UK customers and some £84 billion of assets.
