Rory Godson

Rory is Powerscourt’s founder and CEO. He had a successful career as a journalist in Ireland and then in the UK, holding a number of senior roles in both countries, including Business Editor at The Sunday Times. He spent a period as director of corporate affairs at Goldman Sachs International before establishing Powerscourt in 2004.

He oversees the culture and strategy of the business, working closely with the senior leadership team each day, and remains deeply engaged with clients – especially at moments of challenge and change.

Since 2018, Rory has been the Chairman of the Ireland Funds of Great Britain, the local chapter of a global Irish philanthropic network supporting Irish causes internationally. During his time in the Chair, the Board has achieved gender balance and has been substantially expanded. He retires from that role shortly. He studied journalism at the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Victoria Palmer-Moore

Victoria is a Senior Managing Director and has over 18 years’ experience in strategic communications, providing senior counsel on the core practice areas of financial PR, corporate campaigning and crisis situations. Working across all sectors, on listed and also private companies, Victoria provides valuable insight into how clients manage their reputations through times of change and heightened scrutiny.

Based in London, she joins from Powerscourt, which has been acquired by Morrow Sodali. She will be working closely with the European teams to help build out a full-service advisory and shareholder services practice.

Before joining Powerscourt in 2004, Victoria spent 12 years as an investment banker and in equity sales at UBS, Merrill Lynch (BofA) and Morgan Stanley.

Victoria has a MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.

David Cohen

David is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Powerscourt, based in London.

Before Morrow Sodali’s acquisition of Powerscourt, David led on the financial, commercial and operational aspects of the Powerscourt business, with a broad remit to ensure the effective growth and performance of the firm. Under Morrow Sodali, David will also help to build out a full-service advisory practice in Europe.

David began his career as a chartered accountant in EY’s corporate finance team, before moving to Close Brothers Corporate Finance (now DC Advisory) to advise on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer and industrials sectors.

David studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford.

Eavan Gannon

Eavan heads Powerscourt’s fast-growing Ireland office and is a Managing Director at Powerscourt having joined in 2018.

At Powerscourt, she leads the Dublin team, working across sector and remit to provide Financial and Strategic communications advise to some of Ireland’s most well known names including eir, Premier Lotteries, DCC and professional services firm McCann FitzGerald.

She joined following two decades in financial services where she was previously a Director of Corporate Broking at Davy and a senior private client specialist in the wealth management division.

A highly skilled financial and strategic comms adviser to Euronext Dublin and FTSE 100 and 250 companies, she has a deep understanding of the capital markets and Irish media landscape.

Eavan has a BA (Hons) Economics and MSc in Financial Services from UCD and is a member of the Irish Institute of Bankers, Irish Institute of Directors, a registered stockbroker and a qualified financial adviser.

Rob Greening

Rob is head of Powerscourt’s Consumer Industries team and specialises in  the retail, leisure and FMCG sectors. His client roster spans FTSE 100, FTSE 250, AIM-listed and private companies. He leads a wide range of accounts including Entain, Auto Trader, Rightmove, SSP, Halfords, AO World, Loungers, musicMagpie, Ultimate Products, AllSaints and Footasylum, among others.

His main areas of focus are financial, corporate and crisis communications, and he has extensive experience of financial calendar work, corporate profile raising, campaigns, IPOs, cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings, and issues management.

Rob joined Powerscourt at the beginning of 2008 as a sector generalist, having previously worked in the executive search industry specialising in the Debt Capital Markets.

Rob has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Manchester.

Justin Griffiths

Justin joined Powerscourt in 2012 following over a decade in the industry working for a range of financial communications consultancies and in-house at a major corporate.

At Powerscourt, Justin leads the Financial Services & Real Estate franchises, which together comprise the firm’s largest sector team. He advises clients across a range of subsectors including private equity, asset management, insurance, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and housebuilding.

Justin’s experience includes financial and corporate communications ranging from advising on best practice regulatory disclosure to leading multi-channel profile raising campaigns. In addition, he has significant experience of advising clients on communications for London IPOs, transformational M&A transactions, shareholder activism, debt restructurings and issues management.

Prior to Powerscourt, Justin spent eight years with an international communications consultancy where he was a Director. He began his career in consultancy before moving to FTSE 100 company Cable & Wireless where he was part of its corporate affairs team.

Justin holds a BA (Hons) in European Languages and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Steve Marinker

Steve is the Managing Director of Powerscourt’s

Corporate Reputation practice. He began his career in consumer communication, working with some of the world’s most recognised brands, from Heinz and Subway to Nintendo and Johnnie Walker.

His mission is to bring the creativity, ambition and energy of consumer marketing and apply it thoughtfully and purposefully to the realm of corporate reputation management.

Powerscourt’s Corporate Reputation practice is built on a simple insight – that in today’s borderless world, the investor agenda, the consumer agenda, the policy agenda, the talent agenda and the sustainability agenda all drive each other.

Steve is responsible for building the capabilities of the practice across research, narrative and campaign development, digital engagement and content services. He also leads on selected projects and clients, including Airbus, DP World and BrewDog.

Peter Ogden

Peter is a Managing Director at Powerscourt with oversight of the Special Situations (crisis & litigation) and Industrials (energy, resources and clean tech) practices, in addition to working across sector with other Powerscourt clients.

Peter has over two decades’ experience of the full range of financial and corporate communications activities. Peter has a particular specialism in cross border M&A and ECM communications, as well as high end reputational issues and crises. In particular he has advised on some of the largest European IPOs in recent years.

From 2009-12 he worked in Australia, where he advised on two of the largest transactions in Australian corporate history: BHP’s bid for Rio Tinto and the Aus $7bn privatisation of QR National.

After graduating in 1998 Peter worked in Westminster as a junior lobbyist, then moved into corporate and financial communications consultancy after a stint in Corporate Affairs at FTSE 100 company Imperial Brands.

Prior to joining Powerscourt in 2015, initially as a Director and head of Industrials, he spent eight years at The Maitland Consultancy.

Peter has a BA (Joint Honours) degree in Frenc & Italian from The University of Leeds.

Elly Williamson

Elly joined Powerscourt as Head of TMT in 2018. She has spent almost twenty years in agency strategic communications, with increasing specialism in technology, media and telecoms over time.

She has advised private and public companies, from start-ups to global businesses, on their investment cases, corporate narratives and media and sell-side analyst relations. She has extensive experience advising companies on IPOs and M&A, enhanced by expertise in integrated communications developed with clients over long-term retained relationships.

At Powerscourt she leads the TMT team, which serves listed and unlisted businesses of all sizes as well as TMT investment organisations such as venture capital firms.

Her prior experience includes particular expertise advising companies in the professional services and renewable energy sectors.

Elly has an Oxford MA in European and Middle Eastern Languages (German and Hebrew).

Leighton Barnish

Leighton has 25 years experience in corporate sustainability and ESG – based both in the UK and Switzerland – spanning in-house corporate roles, technical consultancy, strategic advisory and communications.

He joined Powerscourt in 2020 as head of sustainability & ESG having previously held leadership roles at other communications firms. Before moving to London in 2015, he was based in Switzerland, working in-house at Syngenta before taking leadership roles at Swiss-headquartered sustainability consultancies.

Leighton leads Powerscourt’s sustainability and ESG team, advising clients on positioning, communications and disclosure across various channels.  He works across all sectors and geographies and specializes in strategy development, narrative and messaging, campaigns, media engagement and corporate reporting & disclosure.

Leighton holds a first-class honors degree in psychology from the University of Derby in the UK.

Peter Barrett

Peter is a Senior Director with extensive experience in reputation management and corporate communications.

As Head of Special Situations at Powerscourt, he is a specialist in Crisis, Litigation & Disputes. He advises a range of corporate and private clients in varied sectors, each facing reputational pressure amidst significant public and political scrutiny.

He has advised public and private businesses on crisis preparedness, incident response and reputational rebuild programmes, domestically and internationally.

Recognised by Chambers & Partners in its rankings of the UK’s leading litigation PR practitioners (2020-22), he has advised on high profile civil and criminal matters (defence and claimant), including multi-jurisdictional cases, group actions and inquiries.

He joined Powerscourt in January 2020 from US PR agency, Infinite Global, where he spent five years as Head of Special Situations (Crisis & Litigation) working on a range of US and UK briefs.

Nick Dibden

Nick joined Powerscourt in 2011. He works across teams helping clients to evolve their financial reporting disclosure and advising on capital markets transactions including IPOs, Demergers, M&A and Public to Private.

Prior to establishing the Growth Companies team, Nick co-ran the Consumer Industries team, advising companies from the FTSE 100 to AIM listed as well as  private companies on their financial communications. His area of specialism was within the Food & Beverage sector.

Nick also advises Powerscourt’s housebuilding clients having worked on a number of the sector’s transactions over the last two decades including Barratt Developments acquisition of Wilson Bowden, McCarthy & Stone’s market delisting on two occasions, Bovis Homes acquisition of Galliford Try’s housebuilding assets and their acquisition of Countryside Properties in 2022. He has advised the Spanish housebuilder, Neinor Homes, Dar Global’s IPO on the LSE and on Bellway’s ongoing financial communications.

Prior to joining Powerscourt Nick worked at Weber Shandwick, the world’s largest marketing communications consultancy where he worked in their Capital Markets team advising SMID cap companies as well as on domestic and international IPOs, including a real estate IPO in the Czech Republic and a Telecoms IPO in Sub Saharan Africa

Ben Foster

Ben joined Powerscourt as head of capital markets communications in September 2023.

At Powerscourt Ben leads the firm’s capital markets communications activities – overseeing its M&A, Activism, IPO and Financial Calendar offers.

After early roles in advertising and investment banking, Ben joined Dewe Rogerson where he advised on a number of the UK privatisations.  He then spent 11 years at Financial Dynamics as a Partner and Consumer Industries Sector Lead and was part of the MBO that led to the sale to FTI.

He co-founded Pendomer Communications in 2011 and subsequently sold the business to Teneo in 2016, following which he spent seven years as a Senior Managing Director in their London office.

Ben is a seasoned communications adviser who has operated at the vanguard of strategic and integrated communications for over twenty five years.  He specialises in providing financial and corporate communications advice in the UK and internationally.  He has extensive experience in both the listed and private equity arenas across a broad range of industry sectors.

Ben’s expertise includes strategic communications, reputation management, high profile media relations, corporate repositionings, M&A, IPOs shareholder activism, operational and financial restructurings, crises, IR and internal communications.

Ben holds a BA Hons from the University of Bristol.

Mark Leftly

Mark is a senior director leading on public affairs, political hearing preparation and broadcast media training in the UK. He joined London and Dublin-based strategic communications firm Powerscourt – a Morrow Sodali company – in 2018, founding and leading the political affairs team.

By background, Mark was a journalist and political adviser, which has given him a thorough understanding of the intricacies of media relations and legislative process. He was press secretary to former UK business secretary Sir Vince Cable when leader of Liberal Democrats, developing news lines that helped promote the party’s agenda.

Mark demonstrated his news and writing abilities as a senior business and political reporter at titles like The Independent on Sunday, London Evening Standard and TIME. He has trained a number of now prominent journalists to develop their writing skills.

Mark has worked on some of the most high-profile British political inquiries, such as racism in cricket, and legislation campaigns, including the reform of the Official Secrets Acts, of the past few years.

He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Warwick.

Sarah MacLeod

Sarah has 25 years’ experience of advising healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech companies across Europe and beyond on strategic communications, media relations, corporate communications and capital markets transactions. Beginning her career within leading communications agencies, she later moved in-house, where she held a number of senior roles including Director of External Communications at GSK and Head of Communications at Oxford Biomedica.

Andy Smith

Andy joined Powerscourt as head of banks and financial institutions in January 2019, after a decade with Santander, where he oversaw all external media communications and financial calendar work in the UK. He worked on the mergers and integration of Abbey, Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley and on the bank’s UK brand launch. Andy also acted as Santander’s main UK media spokesperson.

At Powerscourt Andy leads the firm’s banking practice – including running campaigns and managing comms for leading banks in the UK, Ireland, Malaysia, Switzerland, Cyprus, Denmark, China, and Greece. Andy also supports a number of non-banking Financial Services clients including leading Life & Pensions companies; non-bank finance providers; wealth managers; financial planners and fintechs.

Prior to Santander Andy spent eight years in agency PR, supporting banks and other financial services businesses.  In this time he ran campaigns for major international banks; general insurers; governments and price comparison sites.

Andy began his career with Unum Group an American Group Risk insurer before moving to Virgin Money.   At both these organisation Andy was the main UK media spokesperson and responsible for communication strategy.

Andy holds a BSc Hons from the University of Liverpool and has a post graduate qualification (Diploma) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

James White

James leads Powerscourt’s Industrials and Support Services team, joining in 2019 from a major communications agency.

Over his 18-year career he has advised a range of public and private companies on their financial and corporate communications, from capital markets and financial calendar work to profile-raising and crisis communications.

His team’s work spans a variety of sub sectors and geographies with clients ranging in size from global businesses through to family-backed enterprises.

James’ client-specific responsibilities span a range of subsectors from within the industrials and support services space, from the aerospace and building materials to manufacturing, engineering and construction.

Louise Hayward

Louise leads our HR team, creating and delivering our people strategy, managing operational human resources activities and leading initiatives to support and develop our people. Prior to Powerscourt, she spent 20 years in HR leadership roles in insurance, banking and asset management. Louise holds an MA in Human Resources and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Gilly Lock

Gilly leads Powerscourt’s accounts across asset and wealth management and related sectors. She has over 13 years of experience in financial services communications and has advised a wide range of clients, including Barings, BlackRock, BMO Global Asset Management, BNY Mellon Investment Management, Brown Shipley, IG, Jupiter Asset Management and ICBC Standard Bank, among others. Gilly started her career in the corporate communications team at M&G Investments. She holds a voluntary role as Chair of the Investment Sector for the PRCA.

Russ Lynch

Russ joined Powerscourt’s 360 campaigns team as a Director in February 2022 after a successful career in journalism, focusing on corporate communications, long-term reputation management, story generation and media relations across several major listed and unlisted clients in the division. He has advised several FTSE 100 companies and major private companies at C-Suite level.

He is now a Director in the Consumer Team with an expanded remit focusing on financial and corporate communications to multiple stakeholders, while also advising on difficult corporate issues and change management. He has detailed experience in special situations and crisis work, including media handling of complex cyber attacks and sensitive personnel issues, successfully mitigating reputational impacts for clients. Russ also acts for clients outside the Consumer team, acting for major listed and unlisted construction, support services and financial services companies.

As a former senior journalist with over two decades of experience in the industry he is also an expert in modern multi-media practices, and regularly trains clients in conducting media interviews.. He was most recently Economics Editor of the Telegraph, where he was a regular columnist, and uses his first-rate writing skills to produce thought leadership pieces which have been published in a range of major outlets including the Financial Times, Telegraph and London Evening Standard.

Simon Petar

Simon Petar is a Director in the Political Affairs team. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in public affairs, media relations, corporate affairs and crisis communications.

Simon has a particular specialism in the built environment, real estate, retail, FMCG and education sectors, and was previously a spokesperson for Tesco, often appearing on local radio and television.

Simon advises clients on all public affairs work related to the built environment and real estate and has extensive experience of education, retail, FMGC and high net worth individuals.

Simon’s work includes senior counsel on threats and opportunities from existing and proposed  legislation. Most recently advising the International Chamber of Commerce on their flagship campaign for the introduction of the Electronic Trade Documents Act, which received Royal Assent in July 2023.

Simon is a Trustee of the Alan Senitt Memorial Trust and was previously Vice Chair of the board and board member of Hertfordshire University Student Union.

After obtaining a BA in politics from the University of Leicester, Simon started his career in the press office for the Office of the Chief Rabbi, Lord Rabbi Sacks.

Ludo Baynham-Herd

Ludo is a Director with over 14 years experience in all aspects of corporate communications – from providing reputation management, crisis management and board-level counsel to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 listed companies to delivering award-winning, integrated multi-stakeholder campaigns. Based in London, he joined Powerscourt in 2021. Prior to this, he held roles at several global communication firms.

He has extensive experience providing reputation management counsel to listed companies, privately held corporations, industry bodies, high-growth start-ups, and NGOs across a range of sectors – spanning financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy, and real estate.

Ludo holds a BA in History and International Relations from the University of Leicester and has completed a Mini MBA at Birkbeck University of London.

Nick Hayns

Nick is a Director with extensive experience in all aspects of financial and corporate communications – including IPOs, M&A, fundraisings, corporate restructurings and special situations work – working with companies across a range of sectors from FTSE100 through to AIM. A former journalist, he has over 15 years’ experience in media and communications. Based in London, he joined Powerscourt in 2021.

Nick holds a BA in Law and Sociology from the University of Warwick, an MA in Journalism from Dublin City University and is a holder of the Investment Management Certificate.

Sam Austrums

Sam is a senior consultant in the consumer industries team. He also supports a number of clients in the healthcare sector. His work is largely split between financial PR and corporate profile-raising, acting for a range of listed and private companies. He also provides pro bono support to campaigner Charlotte Caldwell. Sam graduated from London School of Economics with an MSc in Law & Anthropology and previously worked for a Member of Parliament.

Ollie Beckwith

Ollie is Powerscourt’s Digital and Social Senior Consultant. He has over 5 years of digital marketing experience in media and creative agencies in a range of industries including Travel, Retail, FMCG, Charity & NGO, Automotive and others in both earned and paid media. His short- and long-term strategies and media plans have driven growth and success in the digital space through effective realisation of those strategies. Ollie focuses on providing digital knowhow, management, implementation & reporting and can provide insight, strategies and opportunities that alleviate client and practice area pain points running alongside, or independent-from any strategic comms.

Christopher Flame

Christopher has over five years’ experience within in the financial services, fintech and tech sectors and specialises in corporate communications and media relations.  He has advised clients on all aspects of corporate profile building including messaging, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. Chris sits on the Financial Services and Real Estate team. Current clients include Brown Shipley, Inflexion, NewDay and Qontigo.

Jane Glover

Jane has over nine years’ experience working in the financial services industry and specialises in financial and corporate communications. She has advised clients on all aspects of capital markets activity including M&A, IPOs, crisis communications, activist campaigns and profile raising. Jane sits on the TMT team at Powerscourt and has clients spanning both the private and listed spheres. Current clients include Darktrace, S4 Capital, Draper Esprit and Dawn Capital.

Victoria Heslop

Victoria is a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services and Real Estate team with experience across financial and corporate communications. Since joining Powerscourt in April 2017, Victoria has worked with almost all of Powerscourt’s real estate and property clients, including SGS, The Office Group, Unite Students and Vistry. Her role encompasses financial calendar support and analyst relations, corporate profile raising and campaigning, as well as issues and reputation management. Victoria also has significant M&A and IPO experience, most recently advising on the merger between TOG and Fora.

Emily Howard

Emily is a Senior Consultant in Powerscourt’s Special Situations team, with 8 years’ experience working across public and private sector communications. She has a strong background in Government communications – most recently at the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities – leading proactive and reactive media relations for a range of controversial and high-profile issues and advising Government Ministers and senior officials.  She was also a key member of Tesco’s reactive press team during the pandemic.

Lizzy Kittle

Lizzy is a Senior Consultant in Powerscourt’s Consumer division where she advises clients principally on their strategic communications in the retail, leisure and consumer space.  She has over seven years of experience in financial and corporate communications more broadly, working with both listed and private companies across different sectors .  Recent experience has also included profile raising, crisis and reputation management, corporate PR and investor relations.  She has also worked on a number of high-profile M&A and IPO transactions.  Lizzy gained the CFA Investment Management Certificate in 2021.  She graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in English Literature.

Pete Lambie

Pete specialises in advising high profile listed businesses on M&A activity, bid defence, activist shareholdings, restructurings and ongoing financial communications. His experience includes advising the Boards of Cobham and Ultra Electronics on their respective acquisitions, the restructurings of Four Seasons Health Care and House of Fraser and SSE’s successful defence against Elliot Advisors proposals to demerge its Renewables division.

Keira Marron

Keira is our HR Business Partner and works closely with key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, support business growth and the development of their people strategies. Prior to joining Powerscourt, she worked in HR roles within the Financial Services sector. Keira completed her CIPD Level 5 certificate in Human Resources Management in 2018.

Siobhan McCluskey

Siobhan joined Powerscourt from Lloyds Banking Group where she spent 12 years in a range of senior media roles supporting retail, wealth and more recently commercial banking. As well as financial calendar work, she also led on issues such as executive renumeration and litigation . Prior to LBG, she worked at a pr agency on clients such as Chubb Insurance, Just Retirement, Fidelity Pensions and the Government of the Isle of Man.

Stephen O’Brien

Stephen is a senior public affairs and communications consultant who was Political Editor at the Sunday Times in Ireland for 20 years.  He previously worked as News Editor and Social Affairs correspondent at the Irish Independent.  He studied journalism at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Stephen has reported from Washington, Brussels and Belfast, and he has a profound understanding of the media in Ireland.  He brings a wealth of experience at the coalface of Irish politics.

Kelli O’Malley

Kelli is a Senior Consultant at Powerscourt’s Dublin office, with 15 years of in-house corporate communications experience. Prior to joining Powerscourt, Kelli held senior communications roles with KPMG in Ireland and the Institute of Directors in Ireland. Kelli works closely with clients to determine communications objectives and key commercial messages, advising on the best approach to get the right message, to the right audience, through the right channels. She has a keen eye for a ‘story’ and is highly skilled at creating content for a variety of platforms, both traditional and digital, to tell stories to their best effect. Kelli holds a BA (Hons) in English and Economics from University College Dublin (UCD), an MA (Hons) in Public Relations from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and a Certificate in Public Affairs from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.

Gary O’Shea

Gary spent almost 15 years at The Sun, where he covered some of the biggest news stories of recent times. He joins Powerscourt from his previous role as Senior Account Director at a media agency, working across a range of sectors including asset management, fintech, and real estate investment.

Courtney Sanford

Courtney Sanford is a Senior Consultant in Powerscourt’s Financials & Real Estate team, with eight years experience working on integrated communications programmes for range of businesses –  both listed and private. She specialises in campaigns and corporate PR, with sector experience spanning real estate, financial services and professional services.

Maria Sizyakova

Maria is a Senior Consultant in Powerscourt’s Campaigns team. She has ten years of experience leading corporate reputation programmes for clients from a range of sectors – including financial services, energy and consumer goods. She specialises in corporate narrative and thought leadership content development. Her clients have included Coca-Cola, Airbus, Samsung, MATCHESFASHION, Barclaycard, E.ON, SABMiller and Nestlé. She has particular experience advising consumer goods clients on corporate sustainability campaigns, helping them navigate reputational threats around packaging, carbon footprint and supply chains.

Luke Thompson

Luke Thompson is a Senior Consultant in the Special Situations (Crisis & Issues Management) practice. He works with organisations and individuals to navigate and respond to high-risk and high-profile reputational issues and incidents. He brings over nine years of high-level reputation management experience and has represented a number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, including several well-known entrepreneurs. Recent experience includes a three-month secondment in a Head of Media Relations role at a FTSE 250 utility company.

Harold Amoo

Harold Amoo is a consultant in Powerscourt’s Public Affairs (PA) team. He studied Politics and Economics and previously worked at Nottinghamshire Refugee Forum, helping asylum seekers find housing. Prior to joining the public affairs team, Harold was a part of Powerscourt’s TMT team and has an understanding of both financial and political communications. His clients include multinational construction and engineering company Laing O’Rourke; author and campaigner Gina Miller; the High Value Manufacturing Catapult, which is the UK’s strategic research hub for industry; and Skype co-founder Janus Friis, who is funding the Official Secrets Acts campaign.

Oliver Banks

Olli is a consultant in the Consumer Industries team and, since joining Powerscourt, has developed skills and experience in financial PR, reputation management, corporate messaging, crisis preparedness, M&A, sustainability communications and media relations. Natasha Bragoli

Natasha joined Powerscourt as a Consultant in October 2023 working in the Financials and Real Estate team. She specialises in financial and corporate communications and focuses on honing brands’ reputations and relationships with the media. Natasha works primarily with banks, private equity firms, and real estate developers but has experience across sectors including the technology, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries. Natasha has a first class BA Hons degree in English from Cambridge University.

Madeleine Gordon-Foxwell

Maddy is a Consultant in Powerscourt’s Financials and Real Estate team. Prior to joining, Maddy worked in PR agency for three years, working with both listed and private clients from a variety of sectors, including real estate, energy and technology. She has worked across both financial and corporate communications, bringing experience in financial calendar management and stakeholder engagement. Before this, Maddy graduated with an MSc from University College London.

Louisa Henry

Louisa is a Consultant in Powerscourt’s Financials and Real Estate team. She has worked on corporate and financial communications for a range of both public and private clients across real estate, construction, financial services and consumer industries. Louisa’s experience has included supporting on sustainability messaging, building brand awareness and growing and advising on owned social media channels.

Maxim Hibbs

Maxim is a Consultant on Powerscourt’s Industrials and Support Services team. His clients range from FTSE 100s (CRH, Fresnillo) to major international sector leaders (Airbus, Ørsted). During his time at Powerscourt he has worked on a number of deals, activist scenarios and crisis situations. Recent work includes SARIA’s £694m acquisition of Devro, Vistry’s £1.25bn acquisition of Countryside Partnerships and Darktrace’s engagement with QCM.

Corey Hughes

Corey is an Associate in our Financial Services & Real Estate team. He mainly advises the private equity, asset management, banking and real estate sectors on financial and corporate communications. Corey has also been part of advisory teams during major M&A transactions and stock exchange listings. Working with both listed and private businesses, his clients include the investment bank Peel Hunt, Inflexion Private Equity Partners, and leading Irish bank AIB. Corey has corporate and sustainability communications experience while working for Unilever and a degree in Politics from the University of York.

Ibrahim Khalil

Ibrahim has over five years’ PR experience, with a particular focus on assisting biotech companies, healthtech and healthcare providers with product PR, NHS engagement, media relations, patient advocacy and crisis communications. Prior to joining Powerscourt, he spent three years at a City PR agency working across healthcare and public affairs, and two years at a PR agency focusing on reputation and crisis and issues management.

Bethany Johannsen

Beth is an Associate in the Digital Engagement team, specialising in LinkedIn strategy and analysis, and multi-medium asset creation and design. During her time at Powerscourt, Beth has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors, advising on CEO and Company LinkedIn strategies, as well as providing in-depth analysis and implementation of organic and Paid LinkedIn activity. Her asset creation experience includes both images and videos, primarily surrounding corporate and financial milestones.

Nicholas Johnson

Nick is a Consultant at Powerscourt, providing financial and corporate communications support to publicly listed and private companies in the Industrials, Energy Transition and Healthcare sectors. His clients span sector leaders such as Airbus, Laing O’Rourke and Essar, to industry pioneers including Topsoe, Volex and Celadon Pharmaceuticals. Nick has worked on a number of M&A and primary markets deals, most recently advising Lithia Motors, the USA’s largest new automotive retailer, on its acquisition of Jardine Motors Group. He is certified with the IR Society’s Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR), covering Capital Markets, Reporting and ESG themes for publicly listed Companies.

Michael Keating

Michael Keating is an analyst in Powerscourt’s public affairs and campaigns teams. He uses his knowledge of social media ecosystems to provide clients with insight on how online narratives develop over time and influence wider public perceptions. Before joining Powerscourt, Michael worked as an academic researcher, analysing how approaches to press regulation vary across different European countries. He also holds a postgraduate degree in political communications. Michael’s clients include the International Chamber of Commerce UK, Halfords, Primary Health Properties and Azeem Rafiq.

Io Kidson

Io is an Associate in the Digital Engagement team, leading paid digital campaigns, creating and delivering social assets, and providing guidance on strategies to enhance social media presences – she works across all Powerscourt clients to enhance their digital strategy and impact. Having previously been an Analyst on the TMT team, her experience in corporate and financial communications underpins her client advice and strategic outlook.

Molly Melville

Molly is a consultant in Powerscourt’s Special Situations team. She provides issues management and corporate and financial communications support to a range of corporate and private clients, across a variety of different sectors. Recent work includes advising Airbus on their $2 billion legal action against Qatar Airways, as well as complex issues management for a leading UK developer, product recalls in the food and beverage industries, and data breaches in several sectors including financial services and transportation.

Ollie Simmonds

Ollie has three years of experience in financial and corporate communications and has worked for a broad range of listed clients including in TMT, retail, logistics and financial services. Current clients include Darktrace, Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital and several top-tier venture capital firms.  Ollie supports the account lead to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis, implements communication strategies and provides tactical input into key materials. Ollie joined Powerscourt from Headland Consultancy, and before this graduated with an MSc from the London School of Economics.

Georgia Way

Georgia is a content writer and corporate storytelling consultant. Prior to joining Powerscourt she created SEO-focused content for corporates, wrote for publications including The Daily Telegraph as a freelance journalist, and worked for an MP during the Brexit negotiations. She holds the Certificate in Investor Relations, as well as degrees from the universities of Cambridge and Manchester.

Jourdan Webb

Jourdan is a consultant in Powerscourt’s sustainability practice. She has experience in financial and corporate communications advisory, working with both private and listed businesses in the oil & gas and mining sectors. Jourdan specialises in ESG and sustainability strategy development, reporting, disclosure, and communications. She holds and MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics and has completed the CFA ESG investing Certificate.

Simi Bilkhu

Simi is an analyst in the Consumer team, joining Powerscourt in April 2023, having previously worked in recruitment for 8 months. Simi has developed skills working primarily on financial and corporate communications for a range of well-established clients, including Greencore, Halfords, and BrewDog. She graduated from the University of Bath, where she graduated with a 2:1 in BSc Politics and International Relations in 2022.

Ella Lister

Ella works as an Analyst within the Industrials and Support Services team at Powerscourt, working across a variety of clients spanning the construction, aerospace and defence and renewables sectors. She recently graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in History and Politics, specialising in the historic role of women in the British and American political landscape. 

Flora Mackenzie

Flora joined Powerscourt as an Analyst in the Financials and Real Estate team in May 2023. She graduated with a First-class degree in BSc Business Management from Queens University Belfast which also included a year studying in Washington D.C. Her previous experience includes working in the finance team at a fund accountant firm and an internship within reinsurance. Her accounts include real estate operators, banks and financial advisors.

Izzy Ralphs

Izzy is an analyst in Powerscourt’s public affairs team. Izzy joined Powerscourt from HM Treasury where she worked in economic policy. She holds a first class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds, which included a 12-month placement within the Civil Service.

Christie Wanstall

Christie joined Powerscourt as an Analyst within the Sustainability and Powerscourt 360 Teams in October 2022. Christie holds a First Class Degree in BA (Hons) Geography from the University of Exeter, where her passion for sustainability developed, whilst writing her soon-to-be published dissertation. She is now working towards achieving the FSA Sustainability Accounting qualification. Over the past few years, Christie has enjoyed work experience across a breadth of companies, including DHL Express and Capita Real Estate. She currently provides strategic sustainability communications advice to numerous clients within hard to abate sectors such as the construction, aviation and cleantech industries.

Charlotte Woodford

Charlotte works as an analyst within the Consumer Industries team at Powerscourt, having recently graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in English Literature. Over the past few years, Charlotte has had work experience placements with Ashurst, Bloomsbury Publishing, M&C Saatchi and Camarco.

Maria Zander

Maria is an analyst in the TMT team covering cybersecurity, AI, and media companies. She joins Powerscourt from Bloomberg and previously graduated with a MSc. in political science and political economy from the LSE.
