We are focused on mitigating the impact of Coronavirus on Powerscourt and our clients.
Our two aims are to protect our people and to provide a consistent and high-quality service to clients at a uniquely challenging time.
We take our responsibilities to both groups seriously and I am proud of the commitment shown by my colleagues.
We have a business continuity plan in place that enables our team to operate outside of our office locations by remotely and securely accessing all emails, files and communications.
In the event that any member of your usual client service team is unavailable, we will ensure that others in the team are able to advise and support you through this challenging period.
Some colleagues are already self-isolating because of travel or because of an appropriate abundance of caution in relation to health concerns. Our colleagues in Ireland are working from home in accordance with Irish government policy.
With more than 100 clients in multiple geographies and sectors, we are well placed to share insights and best practice in both external and internal communications. We are monitoring the Coronavirus news carefully and have been publishing a daily summary of corporate communications – do let me know if you would like to be on our distribution list.
