Powerscourt has made a series of promotions at all levels of the agency in both its London and Dublin offices.

Rory Godson, Powerscourt’s Founder & Chief Executive, commented: “These promotions reflect Powerscourt’s ability to attract, retain and develop talented people from a range of professional backgrounds and across all levels of seniority. Rob Greening – from Senior Management Team (“SMT”) Director to Partner: Rob is co-head of Powerscourt’s Consumer Industries team and leads a wide range of accounts from FTSE 100 companies downwards across the retail, consumer and leisure sectors. Notable clients include GVC Holdings, Auto Trader, Greencore, Halfords, Stock Spirits, AllSaints and Ultimate Products, among others. He joined Powerscourt at the beginning of 2008 having started his career in executive search focusing on the investment banking sector.  

Eavan Gannon – from Director to SMT Director: Eavan joined Powerscourt in September 2018 following a 20-year career in financial services, latterly at Davy where she was director of corporate broking and a senior private client specialist in the wealth management division. She leads on many clients in the firm’s Irish business, which is enjoying a year of strong growth.

Daisy Birch – from Senior Consultant to Director: Daisy joined Powerscourt’s Campaigns team in October 2018 and specialises in leadership narrative development and senior executive coaching. Previous roles included Head of Marketing and Operations at FeedStock, and Senior Consultant for S-RM, a global risk consultancy.

Lisa Kavanagh – from Senior Consultant to Director: Lisa joined Powerscourt as an Analyst in 2009, and advises listed and private companies on strategic communications, analyst and investor relations, corporate profile raising, crisis communications and capital markets transactions. She has a broad client base encompassing the retail, consumer, leisure, support services and healthcare sectors.

Mark Leftly – from Senior Consultant to Director: Mark joined Powerscourt in November 2018 following a career as a business and political journalist for titles including the Evening Standard and Independent on Sunday, as well as a spell as press secretary to the then leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Vince Cable. He works across all sectors at Powerscourt with a focus on political intelligence, public affairs, and media training.

Ben Harries – from Analyst to Consultant: Ben is a member of Powerscourt’s Financial Services & Real Estate team, having joined in June 2019 from corporate law news outlet FromCounsel, where he was a Senior Legal Editor. He holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.

Ella Morris – from Analyst to Consultant: Ella joined Powerscourt’s graduate scheme in 2018 and is an integral part of the Campaigns team where clients include Malaysia Airlines and Mineral Choices, among others. She has a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Exeter.

Linda Gu – from Analyst to Consultant: Linda joined Powerscourt’s Special Situations team in July 2019, having previously worked in Bloomberg’s Financial Products division. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.
