DOUBLE WIN FOR POWERSCOURT’S REAL ESTATE TEAM

NEW BRIEFS WITH REGAL LONDON AND TOG

Regal London and TOG (The Office Group) have appointed Powerscourt as their strategic communications advisers.

The Powerscourt real estate team was chosen to advise each company after competitive pitch processes. Regal London and TOG are the latest additions to the team’s growing roster of listed and privately owned clients which cover all areas of the property sector including retail, workspace, residential, medical and commercial.

Regal London is one of the city’s leading privately owned mixed-use real estate developers. The company’s integrated model enables it to unlock value from complex urban settings and deliver high-quality places for people to live, play and work in. Regal London has transformed London’s landscape, delivering successful projects across the capital.

TOG is the leading design-led flexible workspace provider with more than 50 iconic buildings across the UK and Germany housing nearly 20,000 members. The company offers flexible workspace to clients of all sizes, with a focus on distinctive, and individual buildings in prime locations.

This model is expected to thrive as more corporates consider new ways of working as a result of Covid-19, including hybrid solutions that incorporate the best of home and office working. Research has shown that high quality office space boosts employee morale and motivation, increases productivity and attracts talent.

The integrated briefs for both clients incorporate corporate communications, creative campaigns, issues management and digital media support.

Justin Griffiths, Partner and Head of Real Estate, commented: “We are proud to have been appointed by two exciting companies, built successfully from the ground up into substantial businesses by local London entrepreneurs. While the current pandemic has severely impacted parts of the sector, Regal London and TOG are both well-positioned to withstand the near-term economic challenges thanks to sustained high demand for their differentiated products. We very much look forward to working with them.”
