POWERSCOURT ADDS THE HOWARD DE WALDEN ESTATE TO ITS EXPANDING LONDON PROPERTY CLIENT LIST

HdWE joins existing London clients Regal London and TOG (The Office Group)

The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Powerscourt as its strategic communications advisers after a competitive pitch process.

HdWE is the owner of approximately 850 buildings in a 92-acre area of Marylebone, including Marylebone Village and the world-renowned Harley Street Medical area. Its multi-sector portfolio spans residential, office, medical, retail & leisure, and education buildings.

With a successful track record of working across all of these sectors, the Powerscourt team will be bringing experience from a number of past and existing client accounts to the brief.

The business is based around the management of a large portfolio of rental properties, but its activities extend far beyond those of most landlords. It strives to enhance the Marylebone community through responsible stewardship of historically important buildings, excellent service for tenants who live and work in the area and coordinated portfolio development.

The brief joins other Powerscourt clients focused on transforming London, including residential-led  mixed-use developer Regal London and design-led flexible workspace provider TOG (The Office Group).

The HdWE brief incorporates corporate communications, creative campaigning, issues management and digital media support.

Justin Griffiths, Partner and Head of Real Estate, commented: “As part of our wider real estate portfolio, we are rapidly building a deep specialism in supporting London property businesses. We are hugely excited to be working with the team at HdWE, who manage a substantial portfolio comprising many iconic buildings and destinations.

“The Estate is a highly regarded custodian and steward of Marylebone, and we’re very proud to be supporting yet another client making important contributions to our great city.”
