The collection of personal data and the addition of that data to the CRM is initiated in-house by dedicated Powerscourt staff from sources including contractual relationships, media databases, email and written communication and marketing campaigns,

The information retained will include name, employer, contact title, phone, email, mobile, meeting events and biographical notes.

Use of Personal Data

Personal data relating to our contacts is visible to and used by Powerscourt staff to learn more about a client, contact or business opportunity and may be used for the following purposes:

To carry out our contractual obligations to our clients
To provide relevant information, products and services that you request or that we believe will be of interest to you
To provide, enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services for the benefit of our clients and contacts

Personal data will be retained on the Powerscourt CRM for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above. This necessity will be regularly reviewed. Please note that you have the right to ask Powerscourt to delete your information. If you wish for us to permanently delete your records, please email info@powerscourt-group.com.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information about you that we hold.
